Steve Kwan, Director of User Experience
Zen Point is the brainchild of Steve Kwan, a user experience designer from Vancouver, British Columbia.
Steve has scoped, designed and constructed solutions for major clients such as: Alliance Atlantis, the State of California, the Province of Alberta, the Province of British Columbia, the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, and many others. Steve now brings his wealth of experience and knowledge to Zen Point.
Steve holds an honours degree in human-computer interaction (HCI) and an honours diploma in Computer Systems Technology from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
Kristi Charish, Director of Marketing and Communications
Kristi Charish is a Ph.D candidate at the University of British Columbia, in addition to holding an M.Sc and B.Sc from Simon Fraser University.
Kristi is a marketing and communications specialist, who excels at conveying complex information to wide audiences.
